SILVER KINGS

Clearwater, Florida

25'x120'

Silver Kings is a companion mural to Tailin’, created in 2024 in collaboration with the City of Clearwater, Florida. Painted on a nearby utility tank, this mural features a group of tarpon—often called “silver kings”—gliding through a mangrove-lined waterway.

These powerful fish are iconic to Florida’s coastal waters and represent the strength and mystery of the marine ecosystems they inhabit. By showcasing them within a mangrove habitat, the mural continues our effort to spotlight the importance of these fragile environments, which play a critical role in shoreline protection, water quality, and biodiversity.

Together, Silver Kings and Tailin’ form a visual tribute to Florida’s coastal life and the need to protect it.
